Chris Crespo

Chris is a Director in the Americas Inclusiveness Center of Expertise at Ernst & Young.

Her tenure at EY began 22 years ago in the tax practice with a transition into human resources where she now focuses on integrating diversity and inclusiveness into everyday business processes in North America.

Chris co-founded Beyond (LGBTA employee group), works with the LGBT community to promote LGBTA inclusion, and attract, inspire, develop and retain LGBT talent at EY. She is on the Board and Treasurer of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. She is also actively involved in the Out & Equal Workplace Advocates and the Pittsburgh GLBT Corporate Roundtable. Chris's efforts have been recognized by being awarded the inaugural Americas Chairman's Values Award at Ernst & Young and the Trailblazer Award by Out & Equal Workplace Advocates.

Residing in Western Pennsylvania with 12 year-old triplets and her partner of 26 years, she enjoys coaching her kids' soccer, basketball and softball teams and fixing up their 115 year-old farmhouse. Chris can be contacted at chris.crespo@ey.com or 412.644.5361.
