Michael S. Fuller serves as Chief Operating Officer, International of OptumInsight, part of UnitedHealth Group. UnitedHealth Group is one of the world's largest healthcare companies. Mr. Fuller focuses on driving the key operational processes of Ingenix International to identify and capitalize on key market growth opportunities. He drives key strategies around global acquisitions and their integration, as well as the overall management system to track operational management and overall growth and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Mr. Fuller has responsibility for identifying and driving the implementation of operational excellence globally, with maniacal focus on client satisfaction and innovation. Mr. Fuller provides operational leadership to support the growth of the international opportunities in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East as well as the continued development of the large, existing UK business.

Immediately prior to joining Ingenix International, Mr. Fuller served as Executive Vice President of Berlitz International. In this role he developed new consulting and services capabilities around Global Leadership and Cultural Consulting. He reported directly to the CEO, served on the corporation's senior leadership team, and helped develop and implement strategies to transform Berlitz into one of the world's leading learning companies.

Prior to joining Berlitz, Mr. Fuller held key executive leadership roles at IBM spanning a career of over 20 years. His last role at IBM was Global Alliance Solutions Leader for IBM's Growth Market Unit, headquartered in Shanghai. He led a highly specialized solution sales team that spanned Asia Pacific, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America - regions of the world that have been experiencing explosive economic development. This tactical team, based in key strategic markets, developed and rolled out IBM solutions focused around large, global solutions from providers such as SAP and Oracle, as well as key Linux partners and other software innovators. These teams orchestrated targeted, fast-tracked solutions that leveraged those software assets, and also coupled them with IBM hardware, software and consulting and implementation services. Mr. Fuller and his team drove more than $1 billion in annual sales for IBM.

Prior to that assignment, Mr. Fuller developed Alliance and Partner strategies for IBM's Business Process Outsourcing business, where he managed the implementation of strategies around key partners in the business process outsourcing landscape. He also directly managed several key global alliances that contributed to hundreds-of-millions in sales annually. Prior to this appointment, in early 2004, he was Vice President and Global Education Industry Leader in IBM's Consulting division of IBM Global Services. He directed the activities of all of IBM's consultants who focus on compulsory (K-12) and higher education clients globally. IBM is recognized as a market leader in the Education industry and is a driving force in creating the future of learning.

Prior to his appointment as the Global Education Industry Leader, Mr. Fuller was Vice President and Practice Leader for IBM Business Intelligence Consulting and Services, where he directed.
