As Senior Vice President and Director of the National Business Banking Center (NBBC) for Wells Fargo, Trombetta is responsible for customer service, sales and operations support for the Small Business Segment. The NBBC team handles account service and maintenance and new account opening through the phone channel, and partners extensively with Regional Banking and the Wells Fargo Internet Services Group to deliver a seamless experience in meeting the needs of the small business customer and helping them succeed financially – in business and personally.
Trombetta has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry and has managed many areas and functions including strategic planning, financial planning & analysis, financial systems, operations, and sales & marketing support. He joined Wells Fargo in 1998, and has since worked in the Consumer Credit Group and the Small Business Segment. Trombetta assumed responsibility for the NBBC in April of 2007.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Trombetta worked in credit card services, mortgage lending, and commercial insurance for companies including Citibank, the Travelers Property Casualty Insurance, and Maryland National Bank (former parent of MBNA). In addition, Trombetta has experience in regional commercial banking having worked for Provident Bank, the largest independent commercial bank headquartered in

For the past two years, Trombetta has served on the Board of Directors of the National Gay/Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), and participates in several fund raising efforts supporting the LGBT community.
