Victoria Fulkerson is the Vice President of Corporate Relations and Supplier Diversity at the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). In this role, she directs the NGLCC's corporate relations strategy and is committed to developing and managing partnerships that expand opportunities for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) business owners and entrepreneurs. Victoria leads the NGLCC's LGBT Supplier Diversity Initiative that provides an exclusive third-party certification for LGBT owned businesses. Through certification, LGBT owned companies gain increased access to corporate supply chains, deepened connections within the LGBT business community, and resources to grow, expand, and strengthen their businesses.
Prior to the NGLCC, Victoria worked with Allegheny County Economic Development in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA where she was inspired by the impact of thoughtful economic development in the community in which she was raised. Additionally, Victoria managed a music education program and guitar store, and established herself as an audio engineer and bass guitarist. Victoria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Technology and Sound Recording with a certificate in Business Administration from Duquesne University and currently resides in Washington, DC.
