As an advocacy organization, NGLCC works to strengthen and support LGBT business people and their businesses. NGLCC is excited to announce the selected participants for the inaugural LGBTBE Strategic Growth & Development Institute scheduled to begin Wednesday, March 26, 2014. This group of LGBTBEs® will challenge themselves over the three days of the institute, facilitated in partnership with Pelham Associates and prestigious faculty from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Please join the NGLCC in welcoming the class of 2013:

The NGLCC Supplier Innovation Center will host the institute in the unique classroom space designed to engage learners and inspire change. As an intersection of a business development, continuing education, and professional growth, the Supplier Innovation Center connects the dots and celebrates the growth potential of high-achieving LGBT-owned businesses.
This first-ever institute will allow participants to experience real-time business development exercises, access to analytical frameworks, and guidance on principles for best practices. In addition, participants will have intensive training matched with individual consulting meetings; participants will leave the institute confident in their skills and their goal plan to propel the future of their businesses.
NGLCC will continue to partner with organizations that produce powerful, impactful, and immersive learning experiences for our certified LGBTBEs and local affiliate chamber members. As the landscape of business diversity and inclusion continues to change, our goal is to work collaboratively for increased LGBT economic power.
