Aditi Dussault

As Manager of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) Supplier Diversity Initiative, Aditi leads the many processes that constitute the exclusive certification program for LGBT-owned business enterprise certification (LGBTBE). Aditi is responsible for developing relationships with potentially certifiable and certified businesses that can benefit from the NGLCC's LGBT Supplier Diversity Initiative. Aditi also leads the collection and review of applications by the National and Regional Certification Committees. In conjunction with the National Certification Committee and its Directors, Aditi is responsible for the development and implementation of the NGLCC's Certification Standards and Procedures and is the lead team member in ensuring the integrity of the certification program and its growth with both internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to joining the NGLCC team, Aditi obtained her Bachelor of Science in Economics from American University in Washington, DC. While at American University, Aditi worked at the GLBTA Resource Center to help foster an LGBT-inclusive campus environment for students, faculty, and staff. Aditi also served as co-director of the AU Queers & Allies, a student group dedicated to LGBT activism on the American University campus community and the DC community at large.
