To book your flight reservation, avoid a service fee and receive the additional 3% discount*, book your reservations online at www.continental.com.  Enter both of the following codes:  Z code - ZJKJ and Agreement Code - 634106 (without a space) in the Offer Code Box.

You can also book your reservations through a professional travel agency or by calling Continental Airlines MeetingWorks at 800-468-7022 and provide the Z Code and Agreement Code listed above. There will be a $20 service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through MeetingWorks Reservations, or any Continental Airlines ticketing facility. The service fee is non-refundable and applies to all itineraries, one-way or roundtrip. 

Travel agencies must list the Z Code in the Ticket Designator Box and Tour Code Box on the ticket. For reservation assistance outside the toll-free Continental Airlines MeetingWorks dialing area, contact the local Continental Airlines Reservations Office. Travel by Train

Amtrak is offering a 10% discount off the best available rail fare to Washington, DC. The discount includes travel up to three days prior to the conference start date and three days following the last day of the meeting.

To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1-800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Please refer to Convention Fare Code X32D-907 when making your reservation. This discount cannot be booked via Internet.

This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela service. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures, seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts.
