Our principal, Joshua A. Sky has served as a trainer, facilitator, business coach, educator, and organizational leader. Joshua is a Certified DiSC® Trainer Originally, from Brooklyn, New York; he has been living in Southwest Florida since 1995. Combining an M.A. in Education and a B.A. in Sociology, Joshua has served as both an internal trainer and a contract trainer for a wide range of organizations across the US and Canada. In addition, Joshua speaks five languages including Spanish and French.
With professional experiences in the healthcare, government, nonprofit and public education sectors, Joshua currently presents personally customized and pre-developed training programs throughout the U.S. Since 2001, Joshua has been serving individuals and work teams as a business coach.
In 1998, he had the privilege of serving his local professional colleagues as the President of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD); he is currently a national member. He is an active member of HR Collier, serving on several committees; HR Collier is a local chapter of the national organization, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is also a member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
