Supplier Diversity
The NGLCC Supplier Diversity Initiative (SDI) offers businesses a tool to make connections and open doors with America's top corporations and each other. The SDI certifies Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and/or Transgender owned Business Enterprises (LGBTBEs) and works to provide opportunities for LGBTBEs to gain exposure within corporate procurement processes.
Women's Business Initiative
Women, especially lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LBT) women, face unique challenges in business and in life. The WBI is an information exchange that is community and networking based, it connects LBT women who want to share ideas and advice - and garner ideas in return.
LGBT Real Estate Specialist (LGBTRES)
LGBT Real Estate Specialist designation signifies expertise in understanding the needs of LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender) clients and counseling them through the major financial and life changes involved in buying and selling a home.
Small Business Basics
Small Business Basics provides practical, cost effective ideas for small business owners and managers on building inclusion, monitoring the work force and addressing problems and taking advantage of the increased opportunities for senior leadership to interact with employees that exist in small businesses.
