Granite Solutions Groupe (GSG) was founded by Dan L’Abbe in 1998 when, as an IT Consultant working for a large health insurance firm, he saw the need in the marketplace for a different kind of recruiting firm – one that catered to the specialized demands and needs of business and IT managers that wanted to work with recruiters that were truly knowledgeable about the industries they serve. John Henning, Dan’s life-partner and husband for over twenty years, joined the firm as VP of Business Development in 2002. Together, John and Dan bring over 35 years of experience as hiring managers in the Financial Services, Health Care and technology sector with a deep understanding of project management, business analysis, software delivery and IT management disciplines.
