complex decisions, a time when it helps to have an
experienced and informed realtor.
When you complete the LGBTRES (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Real
Estate Specialist) workshop, your certification will designate that you are more
qualified to help members of the LGBT community buy and sell real estate.
The certification will prepare you to have the mindset and tools you need to attract
and better serve the LGBT community. In terms of how we do business, the addition
of LGBT certification is a value added to the package you are able to provide to your clients and helps you increase your selling power as a top producing sales associate.
As a result of the LGBTRES Certification workshop, you will:
- establish yourself as a credible and trustworthy business partner to the
- lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) community.
- anticipate and market to the real estate needs of LGBT clients.
- apply questioning and selling skills that target and accurately identify the
- real estate likes, needs and capability of your clients.
- identify and evaluate personal assumpitons.
