Veer was born from a need in business to get real. Most often, Veer is contacted by individuals and companies that are dissatisfied with customer service from vendors or organizations in the service industry, and this dissatisfaction comes from boredom, confusion, frustration, lack of direction, job uncertainty, or appreciation from management. Or they are designing an employee recognition program that incorporates meetings, marketing events, and conferences as critical tools. Through decades of work in the service industry, in retail, hospitality, meetings and events, sales and marketing, it became very clear to Veer that something had to be done to rebuild the business environment for everyone’s benefit – employees and customers.
